Your Role:
As a Talent Manager, you will play a critical role in developing, engaging and retaining our Talent within our organisation, in partnering with stakeholders. You are responsible for the development and implementation of Learning & Development initiatives, enhancing a Performance Management and Values driven culture, launch People Engagement initiatives, drive Change Management projects and support Internal Mobility within our Group.
Our company is growing at high speed. You will also be involved in several HR-processes and projects in order to support our international growth.

Responsabilities:

  • Set up & develop a Learning & Development plan:

    • Working with managers and teams to identify training & development needs

    • Conduct skills gap analysis to understand employee development objectives

    • Training programme design

    • Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness

  • Collaborate with managers and employees to support internal career growth opportunities by developing and implementing programs and initiatives that promote talent mobility.

  • Coordinate our Talent Review process with focus on potential, succession and retention.

  • Enhance our onboarding process.

  • Drive initiatives around culture and organization.

  • Foster a culture of employee engagement.

  • Performance Management:  responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving the organization's performance management framework.
    This role ensures that performance processes align with business objectives to drive a high-performance culture.

Job requirements

Profile :

You hold a Master’s degree and bring around 10 years of experience in SOFT HR, specifically in L&D and Talent Management. Your expertise and passion for talent development make you the ideal candidate for this expert-level role. Furthermore, you also possess the following skills and expertise:

  • Good stakeholder management.  

  • Proactivity and autonomy with a creative mind.

  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in Dutch, French and English.

  • Organisational awareness and business acumen.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a changing organisation.

  • Analytical and results-oriented.
