As a Senior Portfolio Manager, you will be at the strategic heart of our commercial energy operations. Your mission is to optimise and future-proof the value of our energy portfolio. This includes:

• Structuring and negotiating both buy- and sell-side Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs)

• Valorising the flexibility of our asset base (including solar, wind, H₂ electrolysers amongst others)

• Developing innovative sourcing strategies for large power-consuming assets.

• Crafting holistic energy strategies for our commercial and industrial (C&I) clients—helping them decarbonise efficiently while managing cost and risk.

• 5-10 years of experience in an energy market-specific role, this can include sourcing, pricing, trading, origination or related functions.

• Hands-on experience with PPA structuring or energy contracting for large-scale assets is a strong advantage.

• Degree in Economics, Engineering, or equivalent through relevant work experience.

• Strong understanding of Belgian power market fundamentals, including regulatory context, market design, and flexibility mechanisms.

• Structured and analytical mindset, capable of working with complex commercial data and contracts.

• Commercial orientation with a strong sense for value creation and risk management.

• Excellent communicator and confident negotiator, fluent in English and either Dutch or French.
