To further drive and professionalize the heavy-duty charging operations within our entity ‘Entent’, we are currently looking for a temporary Project & Operations Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
You play a key role in scaling a start-up and establish the necessary processes to run such business:

  • You identify and evaluate new charging infrastructure opportunities through technical and commercial site assessments.

  • You develop and define technical concepts and translate requirements into robust business cases.

  • You lead and drive development projects from initial feasibility analysis through to final investment decision (FID), and coordinate engineering partners, permitting activities, and key project milestones.

  • You ensure optimal performance of charging infrastructure assets and associated software platforms, and drive operational excellence by managing SLAs, resolving incidents, and coordinating technical interventions with service providers.

  • You act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, as well as shareholders, and foster effective collaboration by coordinating communication and full project alignment.


Job requirements

  • You have solid experience in project development and project management, and are familiar with permitting processes, engineering coordination, and operational asset management. An established network within e-mobility, EPC contractors, logistics, real estate development, or public authorities is considered a strong asset

  • You have a comprehensive understanding of an asset development project, including its financial viability, market relevance, technical design, regulatory requirements and operational timeline.

  • You have a good technical understanding (preferably within charging systems, energy infrastructure and associated software platforms), and can quickly assess both the technical feasibility and commercial potential of new sites.

  • You demonstrate a proven track record of successfully developing and/or leading operations within a fast-paced start-up environment.

  • You drive results through a proactive, hands-on approach and strong organizational skills.

  • You can build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.  

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
